Services and Turnaround time

All of my services are available in the comfort of your own home! If you would rather have me come to you instead of the other way around, I have no quarrels with that! Plus, unlike the "big guys", I'm not going to charge you an arm and a leg for it! I'm not looking to make a living driving around... My passion is getting your Tech up and running at 110%. Simply add an additional $10 to any of the services you see below, and you won't even have to get up off the couch! (Well... Maybe.. Probably)

The diagnostic is the most crucial part of the whole process. Most places skimp on this step, resulting in the wrong service(s) being performed, or only temporary fixes! 

This service is the most common. If your computer is running slow, chances are you just need a good ol' fashioned tune-up. This service requires no new hardware of any kind. Many don't know that all of that software that comes pre-installed on your computer is actually slowing you down... Significantly. It can be difficult to assess which software is/isn't safe to remove, so leave that to me! The best part? I don't even delete any of your documents, photos, music, or anything important to you!

Tried a tune-up, and your PC is still moving at the speed of smell? There's a good chance that your hard-drive may be taking a poop. I'll make an EXACT copy of your current drive, transfer it to the new drive, and install that drive into your PC. And guess what? You won't lose any of your data! Most places will charge you for both of these services, individually! I personally don't see the point, my price will NOT be beat. Guaranteed 110%! 

Everyone hates printers... Even me. Setting them up can be a hassle, as they don't even come with instructions, for the most part, anymore. I'll setup your new/used printer, in your home or office! This service can only be performed at your residence, as the printer will need to be connected to the same internet network that it will be used on. Most places will charge, roughly, $80+ for this service!

...I think I'll slice that one in half.

Do you just need someone to simply sit down with you, and patiently teach you how to "computer"? People tell me, all the time,  that they're "Computer Illiterate", as if the majority of the world isn't... It's nothing to be ashamed of! I'll teach you (patiently) how to do anything! I don't care if you need help setting up an email, checking your email, or just turning on your computer (It happens)! Anything you think you want help with... I'm your guy.

I worked in the mobile phone industry for almost 4 years. The company I worked for didn't pay commission based on the plan that our clients signed up for (unlike corporate locations), so I got really good at finding my clients the right plan for their needs. I'll help you review your current phone plan, and we'll find a better plan (Same carrier, or not)! Whatever I save you on your bill each month, is what I charge you, plus one additional month, or $50 (Whichever is less). LET'S SHOP!
