Growing up, my parents wanted as little to do with technology as possible. However, they did buy a Gateway computer around 2002, when I was 12 years old. I was completely entranced by it, as the only other time I got to use a computer was when I was in school. I remember taking it apart, and my dad telling me my “@ss was grass” if it didn’t work when I put it back together. He was never one to make idle threats, so I was determined not to let that happen. After multiple attempts, I ensured that my rear end never turned green. 

…I’ve been hooked ever since. 

I’ve worked for multiple Managed Services Providers (IT Providers for small/medium sized businesses), including one of the top MSPs in the nation. I’ve always loved IT, as well as working with people, which made going to work something to look forward to. After years of mastering of my craft, I’ve decided to set sail on my own.

I started Cossette PC & Tech Solutions back in 2019 as a passion project of sorts. I wanted to provide IT support to those who needed it most, but, often times were the ones overlooked by the big guys as “Not worth our time”. All of my clients get the same service. It doesn’t matter if you’re a one person business, or a team of 300+.
